PSYCHODRAMA

Explores emotion regulation, family, relationships, self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-nurturing through the tenants of Psychodrama: sociometrics, timelines, letter writing, and roleplay.

CHILDREN

PLAY therapy

Explores self-awareness, emotions, polarities, self-acceptance, and self-nurturing through art, movement, sound, and storytelling.

SOCIODRAMA

Explores social issues using group dynamics, enactment, improvisation and psychodramatic techniques (i.e., doubling, role reversal, soliloquy, the mirror, and asides). Forum theatre and process drama techniques will also be utilized (i.e., corridor of voices, hot seat interviewing, thought-tracking, etc.).
