one more for the road
Sometimes in life, the challenges we face seem insurmountable. The loss too great. The grief unbearable. We were never meant to do this alone. We are designed for relationship.
Allow me to bear witness to your journey. To celebrate your successes and grieve your losses. Let me use our relationship to shed a light on who you are alone and who you are in the world.

great influencers
My therapeutic work is influenced by the following great thinkers and their work: Alfred Adler's Birth Order, Goal-Orientation, and Social Context theories; John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth's Attachment Theory; Tian Dayton's approach to Psychodrama, Harville Hendrix's IMAGO Therapy for couples; Carl Jung's concept of The Shadow; Violet Oaklander's Gestalt Play Therapy model, Carl Rogers's Client-Centered Therapy model; and Natalie Rogers's Expressive Arts Therapy model The Creative Connection.
I often provide clients with a reading list to further the psychoeducation offered in each session and assign personal tasks to attempt at home to deepen the healing and learning between appointments.
